Michael Byrne has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of Michigan. He has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. Mike has worked with various teams in several industries performing duties in desktop support. These tasks include hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, virus removal, data backup and recovery, and running network cables. He also has experience installing and configuring printers, routers, network devices and other peripherals. Deanna Byrne has a Master's Degree in Business Information Technology from Walsh College. She has worked in the IT Industry for over 10 years. Deanna started her career in desktop support at a major medical facility. After that she earned the opportunity to move in the Quality Assurance field doing basic automated testing. The last 7 years she has worked as a QA Analyst in various industries with several different teams testing software applications as well as websites.
